Mahendra Kumar Sharma is the Chairman and Non-Executive, Independent Director of our Company. He has been a Director of our Company since December 11, 2014. He holds a bachelor of arts degree University of Lucknow and a post graduate diploma in personnel management from University of Delhi. He also holds a diploma in labour law from the Indian Law Institute. He has over 32 years of experience in the field of business administration and management. In the past he has held the position of whole-time director and vice chairman of Hindustan Unilever Limited.
