"Avantika steers the organization’s overall strategy with respect to the people strategies, initiatives, programs and processes. She heads the people function for the organization. 

Avantika has more than 2 decades of experience spanning HR business partnering, HR consulting, rewards management, performance management and whole gamut of employee life cycle management. Prior to joining us, she was associated with PepsiCo, Aon Hewitt, NIIT and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. 

Avantika has done her MBA in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. She holds a BSc degree in Applied Sciences from Delhi University."
