Broadband services provider ACT Fibernet Tuesday launched a 4K video streaming device - ACT Stream TV 4K - priced at Rs 4,499. The device, which competes with the likes of Amazon's Fire TV Stick and Google's Chromecast, will allow users to stream content from popular apps such as Netflix, Hotstar, Sony Liv, Hooq, Zee5, YouTube and Sun NxT.

ACT Stream TV 4K box will provide a 360spin on home entertainment from movies, TV shows, gaming to live TV streaming. ACT Fibernet (Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd.) has brought into the Indian market its first consumer product 'ACT Stream TV 4K' gadget controlled by Android. As a major aspect of the new brand procedure towards offering imaginative client driven solutions to improve client experience, the streaming gadget will give a 360 spin to all entertainment needs of a consumer.

Talking about the product, Prassana Gokhale, Chief Technology Officer at ACT said, "It is powered by the latest version of Andriod 9 Pie and is a 4K device with Dolby passthrough that enables users to experience their favourite content.
